Having stayed in many Villas over the years, Villa Eterna is without a doubt the best we've ever stayed in. From start to finish everything was flawless. The owners are fantastic to deal with, have excellent communication and no request is a problem. The welcome hamper on arrival was a really lovely touch.

The Villa itself is a large impressive home set in the most beautiful location with stunning views of Gibraltar and Morocco. It is equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is so well equipped that eating in is easy. Everything has easy-to-follow instructions and pictures where needed. The house was spotless and everything was in perfect working order with a seriously impressive sound system and wifi. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning was excellent throughout the bedrooms and house. The layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms gave privacy and peace to each guest (we had a grandparent with us). The showers had really good pressure and the towels provided were lovely too. Having 3 young children in our family (1, 6 and 8yr old), I was concerned about the safety but I needn't have worried, internally there were baby safety gates at the top and bottom of the stairs, externally there were gates at the top of the spiral staircase and again at the level below. The cot provided was great and my almost 2yr old slept really well in it. Blackout blinds in all the bedrooms meant everyone slept well too. 

The gardens and outdoor area are truly magnificent. The gardens are beautifully maintained and the addition of the mini-golf course was a highlight for both kids and adults. The pool was gorgeous and kept clean throughout our stay. The sun beds and shaded area by the pool meant we could spend hours at the poolside throughout the day. The box of lego and various other toys/games both within the house and in the pool shed were enjoyed thoroughly by my children.

The local area has many delicious restaurants and a beautiful beach, within walking distance. The Villa is so beautiful though you won't want to leave. I cannot speak highly enough of this property. All of our family, 3 generations, want to go back to Villa Eterna next year. Thank you to Kevin and Gio for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Una villa excelente y bien equipada con piscina y zona de minigolf. Instrucciones completas previas a la llegada y más información una vez que llega. También  había un buen paquete de bienvenida con leche, palitos de pan y otros alimentos. Información disponible sobre lugares para visitar y buenos restaurantes para comer. No nos decepcionó. Lego, balde y pala de playa estaban disponibles y fueron disfrutados por nuestros pequeños. Las únicas interrupciones fueron los trabajos de construcción en el campo al lado de la Villa, de que recibimos información en la mañana, el agua del grifo amarilla/marrón durante un par de días y un breve corte de energía temprano en la mañana. No nos impidió disfrutar de nuestra estadía y Kevin y Gio se comunicaron bien en todo momento. Sin duda recomendaríamos este lugar.

An excellent and well-equipped villa with pool and mini golf area. Thorough pre-arrival instructions and further information once you arrive. There was also a nice welcome pack of milk, breadsticks and other handy food-items. Information made available on places to visit and good eating venues. We weren’t disappointed. Useful Lego, bucket and spade available and enjoyed by our youngest. Only disruptions were sudden building work next door which we received information about on the morning, yellow/brown tap water for a couple of days and a shortish power cut early one morning. It didn’t stop us enjoying our stay and Kevin and Gio communicated well throughout. We would certainly recommend this place.

Sus indicaciones para llegar a la villa, cómo acceder a varias cosas, en qué configuración queríamos las habitaciones y las atracciones locales para visitar fueron extremadamente útiles. La villa era perfecta. Tuvimos 6 adultos alojados, y había mucho espacio para que todos nos relajáramos y disfrutáramos. La piscina era increíble, y su campo de minigolf en la propiedad era una actividad diaria para nosotros. No podemos esperar a volver y verlo de nuevo una vez que terminen los últimos hoyos. Cualquier comunicación mientras estuvimos allí fue impecable. Kevin y Gio establecieron un grupo de comunicación y respondieron lo antes posible si teníamos alguna pregunta o necesitábamos algo. De lejos, Kevin, Gio y su propiedad son los mejores Air BnB en los que nos hemos alojado hasta la fecha. No podemos esperar a volver el año que viene!

Kevin and Gio were SUPERSTAR hosts, and their villa was perfect. Their communication pre trip was great. Their directions to the villa, how to access various things, what layouts we wanted the bedrooms in, and local attractions to visit was extremely helpful. The villa was perfect. We had 6 adults staying, and there was plenty of space for us all to relax and enjoy. The pool was awesome, and their mini-golf course on the property was a daily activity for us. We cannot wait to go back and see it again once they finish the last few holes. Any communication while we were there was flawless. Kevin and Gio set up a communication group, and responded asap if we had any questions or needed anything. By far, Kevin, Gio, and their property are the best Air BnB we have stayed in to date. We cannot wait to go back next year!

We had a wonderful time in Villa Eterna! The house is in wonderful place, with a great view of Torreguadiaro, Sotogrande, Gibraltar and when the weather is clear even of Morocco. The kitchen, living room and outside areas are great for spending time. We also enjoyed the little minigolf area and the BBQ. All things that can be done in the house or close by are documented and explained very well. Especially the sound system is extraordinary. The communication with Kev and Gio was very good, they are very helpful and courteous. We were welcomed very well with a nice 'starter package/gift' and card. We would definitely come again, it was a very good and relaxing time in Villa Eterna!

The villa has great flexibility to accommodate a large family holiday, it is without doubt the most generously equipped villa we have stayed in, also spotlessly clean and situated in a fairly quiet area; but within reach of an excellent beach and good restaurants. In short it ticked all the boxes and my three grandchildren in particular had a fantastic time!

We’ve really enjoyed our stay at Villa Eterna. The villa was very well equipped. There were a lot of accessories that made our stay very comfortable. All kitchen accessories were available for example. All the facilities there are (audio system, pool lightning and printer and may other things) were in shape. They were very well explained in a guide. The villa and the bedrooms were very spacious. However, in the Castellar and the Casares bedrooms the matrasses were quite harsh. The outside areas and the pool were  well maintained. We’ve liked it to be outside although we didn’t use the lowest part of the garden that much. The higher sun terrace and the lounge had a extraordinary view to Gibratar. At the other hand, the higher sun terrace could be very windy sometimes. Maybe you could provide a windshield to make it somewhat more comfortable to sit there on the windy days. In Torreguadiaro provides a lovely beach and some good quality restaurants. There are a few supermarkets as well. While staying at the villa, we’ve visited Gibraltar and we would recommend to do that. There are plenty of sights and at the rock the view is breath-taking. Kevin and Gio were very helpful and provided us  more than enough information beforehand. All in all we had a very pleasant trip at Villa Eterna and we would recommend it strongly.

Seven members of our family rented Villa Eterna for a week for my son’s wedding at Valderrama and we had a very pleasant experience. Villa Eterna was open, airy, and the view was phenomenal. There is ample parking and documentation for everything, including kitchen appliances, door/gate keys, house and pool maintenance, and best of all the entertainment/music system throughout the property. When we had questions, Kev & Gio were just a text or call away. The pool was very relaxing with umbrellas for shade and a table to play cards, have a meal, talk or read. Just a short walk down the hill, you can find markets, restaurants, and the beach. Although it was difficult navigating at nighttime to reach the home and my (Hidden by Airbnb) maps led us astray, the detailed written instructions helped us find it. 

A beautiful villa with lovingly landscaped gardens and fun things to do.... Or just hang out by the wonderfully refreshing pool! The villa was very clean and well equipped with a lot of caring details, nifty technology and super detailed manuals on how to find/use everything. Kevin is the most responsive host we have ever had for a rental and any concerns or questions were swiftly answered and solved.

This is a great property for a group. Plenty of space, great amenities and all the things you need for a stay in a villa. Nice quiet location great views across to Gibraltar and Africa. Good local restaurants. Easy to find and good access to motorways making trips out very easy. Plenty of terrace spaces for outside eating all nice and private. Lots of extra touches in property, WiFi great, Bluetooth music fab by the pool. All sofas and beds very comfortable. Hosts very helpful and responded to all questions promptly.

Don't hesitate to book Villa Eterna, it's the most amazing, extraordinary place. It's situated in the most beautiful environment, is nearby the beach, shops and restaurants, and has all the equipment you could ask for. We had an amazing time, and would love to come back! Super lovely villa with all you can ask for. A fantastic view from the big balcony. A big garden with many opportunities for activity, incl. the large pool, many seating areas, outdoor games etc. Great hospitality from you lovely hosts and everything from check-in to check-out was handled smoothly! Happy to come back for another stay :-)

Villa Eterna is situated in an excellent location beyond the busy coastal strip that runs from Malaga to Estepona, with stunning views of Gibraltar and Africa from the living room and the terrace. The villa was spacious and spotlessly clean with a large well-equipped kitchen. The large pool is set in lovely gardens with lots of seating areas on different levels to enjoy the views or catch some sun. A clever audio system meant music could be enjoyed indoors and outdoors and Kevin and Gio provided lots of information to help us make full use of the facilities and also to enjoy what the local area had to offer. The beach and a good choice of local restaurants were just a ten minute walk down the hill and we were able to enjoy day trips to Tarifa, Cadiz, Estepona and some of the beautiful mountain villages nearby. We’ll be back!

Everyone had a great time and loved Villa Eterna. The pool was excellent and we had some great family moments and memories spent here that I’ll never forget, every day was 30degrees so we made the most of it, even having late swims when coming back in the evening. The grounds are something else with a wide variety of unusual plants and well landscaped gardens. The pool cleaner came twice during the week and I even had my own personal pool cleaner anyway 😂.

Nothing was too much trouble and Kevin and Gio were both so helpful with any enquiries we had. The AV system is incredible and the local shops and restaurants are great. Sotogrande is awesome with a great market on sundays. We will definitely be back, just a matter of when. .       

Couldn’t fault the villa it’s even better than the photos , the accommodation was exactly as described and a great size. The pool is clean and tidy and was cleaned twice while we were there; but a net is provided so you can give it a quick clean in a morning if debris has blown in ?

Kevin and Gio even though we never met them were very professional via email and text giving lots of useful info on how to get from airport etc even to the point of providing their mobile numbers should there be any issues , would highly recommend them for a stress free holiday.

The villa is a great mix of traditional and contemporary and there is some nice tech, with lights and speakers around the villa and pool area, with the ability to stream music throughout. Listening to music around the pool in the afternoons became a daily routine and you can also extend the awning over the pergola for some shade. The owners have put a lot of investment into both villa and grounds and everything feels well appointed and generally to a high standard. Inside there is a real feeling of space and the villa has the sense that you are staying somewhere special.

The location is perfect; being close enough to easily walk to the strip (and we walked to the marina a few times). It is just back from the front, so only the loudest music on a Saturday actually carried up from the nightlife, but the walk back up to the villa only takes minutes. It is quite steep so something to bear in mind for anyone with mobility challenges. Out and about we tried segways at the Marina and there is a fun beach only five minutes away called Playa Los Toros where you can jump into the sea off the rocks. The bars on Torreguardiaro beach are nice and you can hire sunbeds there. A car is pretty essential but once you have that there is a lot around, with Gibraltar being worth a day out and we went to Seville, which is a longer drive but well worth it.

On the seafront there is a very good mix of bars and restaurants and the owners recommendations are all good (I think we tried most in two weeks!). All along the front and in the marina we never had a bad meal so you really can’t go wrong; although the marina tends to be quite pricey. The organic wine bar close to the villa is well worth a look for a nice glass of wine and some quite imaginative food. We probably visited In Boca the most for dinner, where the food was great and the staff very friendly.

This part of Spain can attract winds and the villa is quite elevated, so guests should expect some gusts, but only 1 day out of 14 was this any problem and mostly the breeze gave pleasant relief. We stayed in July and actually in the late afternoons it was almost oppressively hot, so any breeze was welcome.

We had a wonderful family holiday at Villa Eterna and I would strongly recommend the villa. There are some quite steep steps down to the pool so again, anyone with mobility issues might want to think about it, but as a wonderful and impressive family retreat, you really can’t go wrong.

Great location (and not too far up the hill...), lovely little touches like welcome PPT with local highlights and plenty of post it note prompts dotted around the house. Nice welcome wine and food pack too.           

We have stayed at Villa Eterna several times and we will be back again.  Why?  The position is just perfect with glorious views over the med, with views of Sotogrande all the time, Gibraltar and the North African coast most days unless it is cloudy.  It is on a hillside, so even in mid-summer we have felt a cooling breeze, with just a short walk to the beach.

The villa is spacious so plenty of space on a colder day and a wonderful music system.  Usually it is warm enough to be outside: Villa Eterna is beautifully set out with external verandas on most sides, so it is easy to find shade or sun at different times of the day, or by the pool side.  There are Wi-Fi hubs throughout… including one by the pool!

The bedrooms and bathrooms, including a double bath, well laid out on the different levels, which gave space even when we stayed with a larger group including children.  Every switch and outlet is labelled, so we quickly learned how to get the best from the house.  The kitchen it well equipped and has space for eating, or just sitting together whilst others are preparing food.  The lounge/dining room is enormous!   We used this on a colder January day.  The French windows open out from that room, so even in January, we moved outside to eat on the terrace on most days.

Kev and Gio were very helpful both before out stay and in answering any questions during our stay.  They left a welcome pack with things we might need on arrival.  The house “information manual” is the most comprehensive we have seen: very helpful!  The house is secure, with parking near the front door on a forecourt within the sliding electric gate. 

The villa is close to the main street in Torreguadiaro which has a wide range of restaurants, bars, a good place for breakfast when we felt lazy and a little supermarket.  A 15 minute walk along the beach (or a 5 minute drive) is the harbour at Sotogrande with plenty of parking, an array of shops and restaurants and more.   And of course, the choice of nearby towns and villages along the med, or a trip to Gibraltar, or just further on to the Atlantic coast and the wind surfing at Tarifa and beyond.

So…. We will be back to Villa Eterna….

We very much enjoyed our stay in this luxurious villa. It is beautiful and comfortable. The views from the villa are stunning and the grounds quiet and relaxing. We used the pool area most days having music playing in the background. It was sunny every day even though it was the end of October - a definite bonus!

Giovanna & Kevin gave us very helpful information about the local area and tourist attractions. We went to Gibraltar and Medina-Sidonia but mainly stayed in the local town. There are plenty of eateries to choose from most being good value. We were amazed by the variety of tapas available! The locals were very friendly. This a great place to stay for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. I would highly recommend it :)

Had a lovely time here. The facilities and space are excellent and we loved being able to have our music by the pool. Added bonus was the visits of the parakeets the vast numbers of birds of prey that passed by. Superb views of Gibraltar and a good base with many places to visit.           

I booked the Villa Eterna for myself, my eldest daughter and two young granddaughters.  Everything Kevin and Gio say on their website about their Villa is exactly as described and they couldn’t have more helpful – even allowing us to stay a little longer as we had an evening return flight. 

It was spotlessly clean and a real home-from-home. The welcome basket of basic essentials was a really thoughtful touch and gratefully received (especially the bottle of wine!). I can’t reiterate enough just how wonderful our stay was at Villa Eterna. Suffice to say, we plan to return next year.       

Had a lovely time in this beautiful setting, Kevin and Gio certainly had thought of everything to make our stay very special. The photos don't really do the internal space justice, its a lot bigger than you think! Lots of space to be together or chill, all sorts to explore it took us ages to get round it all!!

Definitely the place to go and i would highly recommend it to anyone, it easily sleeps six/seven people. Lovely and private, stunning views they have done an excellent job all round. Would definitely visit again!!

Amazing views & well furnished spacious house, with super comfortable bed. It's located in a quiet area but still close to some great tapas restaurants & the beach is just down the road. We had an amazing time, thanks for having us!           

The location was fantastic and the views of Gibraltar and Africa stunning (especially at sunset). The villa and gardens provide a real sense of space. The local towns of Torreguadiaro & Sotogrande provided us with a real variety of nice bars and restaurants. Also the well equipped kitchen & dining areas in the house and the Sun Terrace made it easy to prepare and enjoy our home cooked meals. The Instructions are clear and the house has high tech and quality Audio Visual equipment. The Internet worked well all over the villa which for us with 2 bandwidth hungry kids was important. We especially liked chilling out to our favourite tunes next to the pool. The digital message board in the kitchen was also innovative; providing us with information, recommendations and local events.     

If you're looking for amazing accommodation with stunning views of the surrounding countryside and The Rock of Gibraltar and Morocco then Villa Eterna is the place for you. Located on a hill just half an hour's drive from Gibraltar airport, it's a Spanish villa with a quirky twist; very spacious inside and out with tropical gardens (even green parrots come to visit!) and a huge pool. It has everything you need for a short break or a longer stay including a dishwasher, washing machine and air conditioning in the bedrooms for those hot summer nights.

For cooler evenings there's a woodburner in the lounge. There's secure parking on the property for cars and wifi access in all rooms and by the pool. Villa Eterna is situated just a short stroll from the town of Torreguadiaro where you'll find plenty of bars selling tapas, a selection of small supermarkets and other independent shops. Just 5 minutes down the road is the larger town of Pueblo Nuevo where there is also a Lidl. The bustling marina of Sotogrande is close by and it's worth visiting on a Sunday to look around the craft market and people watch. I'm already planning my next visit to Villa Eterna.
